What is Clinton County Athletics?
Weekly, your athlete will focus on speed, agility, strength, and aerobic conditioning. By utilizing a combination of free weights, Vertimax machines, bands, and sleds, we will push your athlete to a new level. Some of the top athletes in Clinton County get faster, stronger, and jump higher after a CC Athletics cycle.
To accomplish this, we offer 3 coach-led classes a week, open gym options, and access to any of the CrossFit Group Classes 5 days a week.
