Our approachable 4-week program helps you get comfortable in the gym, learn how to move safely, and helps you take the next steps on your fitness journey.

4-Weeks to a healthier you.
Clinco Foundations is a 4-week program, meeting for 2X a week. Classes are structured to teach you, demonstrate, and practice various movements in a safe, approachable environment.
LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS

Learn and practice Functional movements
Get familiar with the lingo
Learn how to modify movements
Get in some great workouts

Yes. Functional Fitness training is very safe, and sitting on your couch is actually incredibly dangerous. Clinco Fitness & Athletic Club is certified with a coaching staff trained in Fitness methodologies. Every class has a coach to provide precise instructions and coaching to help people move safely and efficiently, helping people avoid all the diseases that come from inactivity, obesity, and poor nutrition.

No. CrossFit is the program that will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit Foundations. As you become fitter, we adjust workouts to become more challenging. Every movement is scalable to help you see individual results.

Workout clothes and closed-toed shoes are all you need to get started with Clinco Foundations. We provide all the equipment you’d ever need to perform the workouts.
Over time, some athletes may choose to purchase special shoes, braces, and wraps to help support them during their workouts—but it’s not required to get started. -

After completing the Clinco Foundations program, you are ready to join one of our many classes. Building on the knowledge you gained from Foundations, you will have the confidence to know how you need to scale, modify, and adjust various movements to each class.
As with any of our athletes, consult the class Coach with any questions about how to move through the workout safely.
